In January 2017, I took a leadership role in the US subsidiary of POOL4TOOL based in Farmington Hills, Michigan (Detroit Metro Area). Currently, I am responsible for our Professional Services tesm. This includes consulting our customers as well as the design and implementation of our software solution.
My team of Project Managers, Solution Architects and Solution Engineers takes the requirements of the customers, maps them to the available functionalities of the software and recommends the most efficient best practice target processes. The team handles the implementation which includes project management, customer communication, coordination of the development and configuration of the software. The team is also responsible for providing training to the customer on the new software.
As a member of the global management team, I am responsible for the overall sales and delivery figures of our business unit and report directly to the CEO.

In January 2006 I co-founded Babylon Systems together with a partner. It is a platform for experimenting with modern technologies and developing market-ready products. Industry solutions are part of our portfolio, as well as to-order developments and consulting services.

In parallel to my work as a team lead for international project management, I partnered with our branch in the US to grow and expand the customer base. My team of 5-7 project managers focused on the implementation of IT and consulting projects in the area of purchasing, logistics and quality in an international environment. My responsibilities included the management of operational activities (technical responsibility, planning, constrolloing, budgets, ...) and strategic development of the team, by mentoring and training on project management methodologies and POOL4TOOL application.
As a member of the management team I also support and co-manage the strategic development of the company.

With the growth of the company, the number of projects increased - as a result I was given responsibility for the process management. The main task was to worked with international customers to document their current state purchasing and supply chain processes and develop target conditions leveraging POOL4TOOL technology and SAP interfaces. I was also responsible for overall project implementations including the coordination of resources, managing budget and controlling schedule using project management methodolgies.
In addition, as a Product Manager for Applications for our enterprise workflow management, eProcurement, eCollaboration and eQuality tools, I was responsible for constantly pushing the functional scope of our products to meet the constantly changing requirements of the market.
As the Manager of the Information Security Management System according to ISO 27001, I was also responsible for maintaining our certification. This task also involved the implementation of external certification and revision audits.

The area of responsibility was the process analysis and optimization for our customers with our software solution. I was also responsible for the project management during the implementation of the target supply chain management, purchasing, development and quality processes for international industrial companies.

Member of the editorial team of the annual 'Financial Compass', a lexicon on financial figures and executives of all Austrian public companies. My tasks included research, the communication with external stakeholders and quality assurance.
